  • cleaning the wheel from old polyurethane;
  • sandblasting;
  • filling the wheel with polyurethane;
  • polyurethane setting, taking into account all permissible parameters (temperature, environment, etc.);
  • removing excess polyurethane and shaping the wheel to the required size.

  • resistant to abrasion, adhesion, impact loads, and surface irregularities;
  • excellent adhesion to metal, which prevents it from coming off the disc;
  • excellent resistance to dynamic loads, meaning that under increased loads, the polyurethane coating returns to its original shape with minimal residual deformation.
