Vacuum rubber is widely used in the manufacture of seals, valve components, and a range of other technical products. The material is called “vacuum” because, among other applications, it is designed for use in low-pressure environments. In addition, vacuum rubber ensures a high level of sealing, preventing air from entering equipment cavities. Vacuum rubber sheet remains elastic and durable under significant atmospheric loads, has high density, and can be easily cut with any sharp knife.

You can order the material on our website in black or white, with a thickness ranging from 0.8 to 5 cm. Unlike conventional sealing rubber, it offers superior resistance to oils and reliably restores its original shape even after prolonged compression. Vacuum rubber sheets are manufactured using advanced industrial processes. In one method, a liquid compound is poured onto a conveyor under high pressure, leveled, and then cured using a press heated to a precisely controlled temperature. An alternative production method involves extrusion followed by autoclave processing, ensuring consistent quality and performance.

It is easy to determine which class a sheet of vacuum rubber belongs to the first digit in its marking indicates the class (I—molded material, II—non-molded). The marking also includes the name, thickness, grade according to GOST, and information on the technical specifications (TU).
