TMKSHCH (heat-, frost-, acid- and alkali-resistant) and MBS (oil- and petrol-resistant) technical rubber sheets are specialized materials designed for demanding operating conditions. They are resistant to frost, high temperatures, alkalis, and acids, and are available in sheets and rolls of various sizes. Rubber with selected additives is used for production, followed by vulcanization to achieve the required performance properties.

Types of technical rubber sheets by composition and application:

  • TMKSHCH technical rubber sheet.
  • MBS technical rubber sheet.
  • Vacuum rubber sheet and other types.

TMKSHCH Rubber

TMKSHCH technical rubber sheet is used in the food industry, mechanical engineering, and the manufacture of instruments and equipment. It is also suitable for furniture production, transport containers, and seals for windows and doors. These sheets are used in the production of special-purpose machinery and flooring. The working media for this rubber may include oil, fuel, petrol, and similar substances. TMKSHCH is also resistant to salts, fresh and sea water, and air free from organic impurities.

MBS Rubber

MBS technical rubber sheet does not swell when exposed to synthetic and mineral oils or petroleum products. MBS rubber withstands significant pressure, which expands its possible applications. These sheets also have anti-slip properties, helping support workplace safety. Thanks to their physical and technical properties, they can absorb impact and help protect surfaces exposed to mechanical loads.

Heat-resistant rubber

Vulcanized heat-resistant rubber is used to manufacture parts for sealing fixed joints. This material helps prevent friction between metal surfaces in machines and units used across various industrial sectors.

Features of technical rubber sheets

MBS rubber withstands temperatures of up to +200°C without losing its original properties and is suitable for a wide range of applications. These sheets are used in the food industry, mechanical engineering, and the production of instruments and equipment. They are also used in furniture manufacturing, transport containers, seals for windows and doors, special-purpose machinery, and flooring.

MBS rubber retains its properties in:

  • air environments across a wide temperature range;
  • sea water;
  • industrial compounds;
  • inorganic acids and alkalis;
  • inert gases and nitrogen.

Oil-resistant rubber is designed to protect metal surfaces from corrosion and chemical exposure. It helps prevent metal parts from rubbing against one another and can be used to insulate external devices and structures exposed to a wide range of temperatures. Heat-resistant rubber is widely used for flooring, for example in production facilities, as well as for various gaskets and other non-sealing products.

MBS technical rubber sheet is used for sealing fixed joints, reducing friction between parts, and protecting components from damage.
