RPA Ukrpromservice LLC is a manufacturing company specializing in the production of polyurethane products using the free-casting method in molds. The company’s technical capabilities and capacity allow it to produce up to 15 tons of polyurethane products monthly for enterprises across a wide range of industrial and agricultural sectors.

The presence of design and technical departments enables our company to fulfill the tasks set before it regarding the manufacture of requested products—not only according to the customer’s approved individual drawings but also in accordance with technical specifications that take into account the operating environment, load conditions, and many other factors influencing the selection of the appropriate material for production.

Ukrpromservice has an excellent track record in restoring polyurethane coatings on guide rails, wheels, rollers, tires, shafts, and other metal structures.

To extend the service life of escalator and elevator systems, we offer restoration services for the polyurethane coating on the KM35-I/ET-02.120 frame of the main runner housing (drawing KM35-I/ET-02.100 SB) and the KM35-I/ET-03.101 bushings of the auxiliary runner housing (drawing KM35-I/ET-03.100.SB), as well as elevator rollers of any size.

Advantages of the polyurethane coating:

  • Resistant to abrasion, material build-up, impact loads, and surface irregularities.
  • Excellent adhesion to metal ensures the coating remains securely fixed to the wheel rim.
  • Highly resistant to dynamic loads — even under increased stress, the polyurethane coating returns to its original shape with minimal residual deformation.
