During restoration, the part undergoes a full range of processing steps, namely:

  • Removal of old polyurethane from the wheel.
  • Sandblasting treatment.
  • Polyurethane casting of the wheel.
  • Curing of polyurethane in accordance with all required parameters (temperature, environmental conditions, etc.).
  • Removal of excess polyurethane and finishing to achieve the required wheel dimensions.
