- Use of a hydraulic press to mold the raw rubber compound.
- Use of injection molding to mold the raw rubber compound.
The use of a hydraulic press to mold the raw rubber compound ensures high product accuracy; however, it extends the production cycle.
Conventionally, injection molding is regarded as a more productive method, yet it generates a higher percentage of rubber waste, specifically squeeze-outs, amounting to approximately 20%.
In doing so, industrial waste can be utilized in subsequent production cycles. We employ a combination of both methods based on the needs and preferences of our customers. Our product range is extensive, encompassing glands, seals, armored collars, sleeve cushions, dummy plugs and more.
Molded rubber products are manufactured using a variety of rubber compounds, which can be based on synthetic and natural rubber, silicone and polyester compounds, fluorosilicone rubbers, as well as silicone and epoxy. Furthermore, it is common practice to include supplementary components in the mixtures, such as burnt magnesia, fiber fillers, zimate, altax, and others. The use of such fillers is determined by the specific application of molded industrial rubber products (IRP). The raw materials used are subject to mandatory incoming control.
