  • gear cutting up to module 10;
  • drilling of holes;
  • cutting blanks on a band saw machine up to 400 mm, including batch cutting and cutting at 60° and 45° angles;
  • sheet metal cutting on shears up to 16 mm;
  • restoration of seating surfaces on shafts and gears;
  • welding works, including arc welding and semi-automatic welding;
  • slotting operations;
  • edge preparation on sheet metal for welding;
  • boring operations, table size 1,120 × 1,250 mm;
  • milling on vertical and horizontal milling machines, table size 1,600 × 400 mm.

We also manufacture finished spare parts for the repair of operating equipment used across industrial sectors, including metallurgy, mining, energy, and petrochemicals.

We have strong practical knowledge of spare parts used in mining, mechanical engineering, and metallurgy.
