Easy handling is ensured by the hose’s flexibility and lightweight design — unlike high-pressure hoses with steel reinforcement. High-pressure hoses (RVD) are available with fittings made of stainless steel, bronze, or brass.

Manufacture of high-pressure hoses

A high-pressure rubber hose is a multilayered, elastic conduit. It is watertight while remaining elastic and flexible. Typically, steel mesh is used as the reinforcing layer, providing the product’s strength. As a result, high-pressure hoses can withstand the increased mechanical stress created by the transported working medium. In addition, the steel mesh protects the hoses from damage such as punctures, cuts, kinks, and tears. To improve quality, the product is additionally reinforced with special, highly durable fabrics. High-pressure hoses are available:

With braided reinforcement layer.
With union nuts (swivel fittings).
With inserts made of steel, bronze, or brass

High-pressure hoses are also available in the following types:

Spiral high-pressure hoses designed to connect pneumatic equipment to compressed gas tanks. Quick-release fittings allow fast and efficient installation on various pneumatic systems. Manufactured from polyurethane, these hoses offer enhanced wear resistance and extended service life.
High-pressure hoses for industrial use, widely applied in construction, chemical, and machine-building industries.
High-pressure hoses with metal wire reinforcement, used as pipelines for conveying liquid media. Suitable for operating with liquids at temperatures from -40°C to +95°C, liquid solutions within a temperature range of -40°C to +65°C. For the production of these hoses, specially treated wire with a corrosion-resistant coating is used, ensuring durability and reliable performance. The wire is designed to meet high tensile strength requirements.

These hoses are used in pipeline systems for transporting the following fluids:

Engine oil, within a temperature range of -35°C to +25°C.
Oil-water emulsions, within a temperature range of +5°C to +98°C.
Water, within a temperature range of +6°C to +94°C

High-pressure hoses with metal braiding are used in hydromechanical devices. They are designed to deliver and discharge fuels, lubricants, and oil-water suspensions at temperatures ranging from -45 degrees to +155 degrees.
